Acute renal artery thrombosis is a rare, serious clinic condition with high morbidity and mortality. It can be misdiagnosed easily because of the fact that it does not have any specific and sensitive finding. It can diagnosed only by further investigation depending on high suspicion. The largest case series composed of patients admitting to emergency departments, report a prevalence of 0.02/1000. In this article, we aimed to represent a case diagnosed with bilateral nephrolithiasis at first, and then, diagnosed with acute renal artery thrombosis with further investigation because of the symptoms that progressed.
