Bu araştırma yönetici atama yönetmeliğinin öğretmenlere göre değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya Balıkesir İli Karesi ilçesinde bulunan 16 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgu bilim deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre;12. Madde ile “sendika temsilcilerine” yer verilmemesinin yanlış bir karar olduğu, lisansüstü eğitim almış yönetici adaylarına sertifika muafiyeti tanınması gerektiği, değerlendirmenin yapıldığı yıldan önceki dört yılda yapılan çalışmalar ile ödüllerin değerlendirilmesi” yönündeki düzenlemenin yanlış bir karar olduğu, yönetici değerlendirme formu’nun ödüller bölümünde teşekkür, takdir ve aylıkla ödül belgelerinin yer almamasının doğru bir karar olduğu, geçmişten günümüze kadar okul yöneticisi seçme, atama ve yerleştirme sürecinde yalnızca sınav ve liyakat esaslı olması gerektiği görülmektedir.
This research was conducted in order to evaluate the directive appointment rules according to teachers. The research was carried out by 16 teachers in the field of fisheries.
