Bu çalışmada, Kahramanmaraş ilinde dane mısır üretimi yapan ve tarla içi damla sulama desteğinden yararlanan ve yararlanmayan işletmelerinin sosyo-ekonomik yapısı belirlenmiş ve damla sulama desteğinden faydalanma durumunu etkileyen faktörler tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmanın materyalini, Kahramanmaraş ilinde 2012-2017 yılları arasında Tarım ve Orman Bakanlığı tarafından verilen damla sulama desteğinden yararlanan ve yararlanmayan üreticilerle yapılan anket çalışmaları oluşturmaktadır. Basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemine göre 45 damla sulama desteği alan dane mısır üreticisiyle anket çalışması yapılmış olup, aynı sayıda damla sulama desteğinden yararlanmayan ve salma sulama yapan dane mısır üreticisi ile de anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Üreticilerin damla sulama desteği alma eğilimleri ve bu eğilimlerinde etkili olan faktörler lojistik regresyon analizi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Üreticilerin yaşlarının, eğitim sürelerinin, aile birey sayılarının, toplam işledikleri arazi büyüklüğünün ve toplam tarımsal gelirlerinin damla sulama desteği alma durumunu pozitif, tarımsal deneyimlerinin, ailelerinde tarımda çalışan kişi sayısının ve dane mısır üretim alanının ise negatif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda tarımsal üretimde damla sulama sisteminin kullanımının yaygınlaştırılmasında karar vericiler tarafından çeşitli stratejiler geliştirilebilir ve söz konusu desteklemenin etkilerine göre politikalar geliştirilerek gelecek nesillere aktarılacak kısıtlı kaynakların etkin kullanımı sağlanabilir.
In this study, the socio-economic structure of the enterprises that are producing cranberries in the province of Kahramanmaraş and which are benefiting from the support of the in-field drops and are not benefiting has been determined and the factors affecting the state of benefiting from the support of the in-field drops. The material of the study is the survey work done with producers who benefit from and do not benefit from the drop-watering support provided by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry between 2012-2017 in Kahramanmaraş. According to the simple random sampling method, a survey was conducted with a 45-drop welding support producer, and a survey was conducted with a 45-drop welding support producer who did not benefit from the same number of drops welding support and was also conducted with a 45-drop welding support producer. The trends of producers to receive drop-watering support and the factors that influence these trends have been determined using logistical regression analysis. The age of the producers, their training periods, their family number, their total land size and their total agricultural income have been determined to have a positive impact on the state of receipt of drop-watering support, their agricultural experience, the number of people working in agriculture in their families, and the area of the production of grapefruit. According to the findings obtained, a variety of strategies can be developed by decision makers in the spread of the use of the drop-watering system in agricultural production and, based on the effects of the support, policies can be developed and the effective use of the limited resources to be transferred to future generations can be achieved.
In this study, the socio-economic structure of grain maize enterprises which utilized and did not utilize from drip irrigation subsidies in Kahramanmaraş province and the factors affecting utilizing from drip irrigation support were determined. The material of the study consisted of the surveys conducted with grain maize producers who utilized and did not utilize from the drip irrigation supports provided by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry between 2012 and 2017. Surveys were conducted with 45 grain maize producers who used drip irrigation systems by the way of subsidies and the same number of grain maize producers who did not. Total of 45 producers were selected through simple random sampling method. The tendency of grain maize producers utilizing from drip irrigation subsidies and the factors affecting these tendencies were determined by logistic regression analysis. It was observed that the age of the producers, their education period, the number of family members, the total size of the land they cultivated and their total agricultural income positively affected the status of utilizing from drip irrigation support. On the contrary, agricultural experience, the number of people working in agriculture in their family and the production area of grain maize negatively affected. In accordance with the results, various strategies can be developed by the decision makers on the generalization of the use of drip irrigation system in the agricultural production and according to the effects of the subsidies, the efficient use of the restricted sources can be provided by developing policies.
