Organize Sanayi Bölgeleri (OSB) sundukları idari, teknik ve altyapı hizmetleri ile sanayi işletmelerine bir arada faaliyet gösterebilecekleri bir zemin hazırlamaktadır. Bölgelerde, yatırımların işbirliği içerisinde yapılacağı; altyapı, ulaşım, enerji gibi hizmetlerin tek elden yönetildiği, üretim maliyetlerini azaltacak ve kaliteyi artıracak bir ortam bulunmaktadır. Bölgelerin sundukları hizmetlerin çeşitliliği ve sahip oldukları özelliklerin farklı olması, yatırımcıları Organize Sanayi Bölgesi tercihi konusunda zorlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada; ulaşım, altyapı ve teşvik kriterleri kullanılarak Organize Sanayi Bölgeleri yatırım ortamı açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan bu değerlendirmenin yatırımcılara tercih konusunda yol gösterici olacağı düşünülmektedir. Değerlendirmede, Entropi yöntemi ile çoklu kriterler ağırlıklandırılmış; TOPSIS yöntemi ile de alternatifler sıralanmıştır.
