In this paper, two cases with incidental foreign body aspiration are presented. Case 1: A sixteen-year-old male was admitted with an abnormal chest X-ray detected during screening. Postero-anterior chest x-ray showed a metallic lesion on paracardiac right lower zone. Brochoscopy detected the foreign body in right medial basal segment. It was removed with a fogarty catheter. Foreign body was a metallic screw. Case 2: A sixty-one-year-old male was admitted with cough, sputum production and dyspnea. Computed tomography of the thorax showed a bone-density lesion in proximal lower lobe bronchus. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy revealed a firm lesion that was covered with granulation tissue. Foreign body was removed with rigid bronchoscopy. It was a chicken bone. In conclusion, tracheobronchial foreign body aspiration should always be taken into consideration in the differential diagnosis of radiographic lesions or chronic respiratory symptoms that are poorly explained, even in the absence of a previous history of aspiration.
