Abstract:

Cystic is a parasitic disease that often affects the liver and liver, and is formed by the placement of larva in various tissues of Echinococcosis granulosa. We presented a 9 year old phenomenon with left lungs and liver cysts. In the second day of the application, the patient was taken to surgery because the cyst in the lungs developed suppression. Cystotomy capitonage was applied to the cyst in the lungs. The hydratic diagnosis of the cyst was compatible with the histopathological examination. After surgery, the liver cyst was also released by initiative method. This phenomenon indicates that open surgical and ultrasound clearance of the cyst is an effective treatment in the hidatic treatment of the left lungs and liver cyst. We present a 9-year-old male with lung and liver hydatid cyst. After the clinical workup on the second day of admission, the patient underwent surgery because suppuration has developed in the lung cyst. The ruptured lung cyst was excised by cystectomy and capitonnage via left thoracotomy. After surgery, the liver cyst was evacuated with an interventional method. The diagnosis of hydatid cyst was confirmed by histopathological examination. This case report indicates that open surgery, accompanied by ultrasonographically guided aspiration, can be effective treatment of left lungs and liver hydatid cyst. Keywords: Lung, liver, hydatid cyst, treatment
