Abstract:

In this study, we investigated the relationship between the institutionalization of family values, owners of family businesses. Management functions to be fulfilled by family members with the requirements of professional management in the process may be a mismatch between the assumption of family values, constitute the aim of the study. In addition, according to research findings to practitioners working in this field to provide data to researchers and, in particular, is still object of this research. Research Sakarya family businesses operating in the first and the second was the Organized Industrial Zone. For this purpose, the sampling of institutionalization and family values and collected survey data collected from distributed data were tested by various statistical techniques and methods are analyzed and interpreted the findings.
