Abstract:

Introduction: Burnout is a major problem that affect most of the residents and health care providers silently resulting in low level of satisfaction. Prior studies done in Saudi Arabia for the prevalence of burnout among programs residents in different regions, none of them was done in Makkah city. This study focuses on burnout among residents in postgraduate training Among different specialties, which can be stressful both physically and psychologically.
