İnançsal açıdan ya da kolektif bir kimlik olarak Türkiye’nin ötekileri arasında yer alan Aleviler Türk sinemasının başlangıcından 2000’li yıllara kadar az sayıda filmle temsil edilmişlerdir. Filmlerin çok büyük kısmı da örtük temsillerden oluşmuş ve Alevilerden ya da Alevilikten bahsedilmemiştir. 1980’li yıllarda başlayan 2000’li yıllarla birlikte etkisini daha da artıran yerel ve evrensel düzeydeki tarihsel, toplumsal ve politik gelişmelere paralel olarak hem etnik hem de dini kimliklerin, ötekilerin Türk sinemasındaki temsil sayılarındaki artışa binaen Alevilerin ve Aleviliğin de daha fazla temsil edilmeye başlandığı görülmüştür. Bu artış aynı zamanda Alevilerin ve Aleviliğin kamusal görünürlüğüne paralel olarak gelişmiştir. Toplumsal yaşam içinde kendilerini göstermeye başlayan Alevilerin farklı alanlarda olduğu gibi Türk sinemasında da daha fazla görünür olmaya başladıklarından söz etmek mümkün hale gelmiştir. Türk sinemasında özellikle 2000 sonrası ilk filmlerini çeken yönetmenler filmlerinde toplumsal ve politik meselelere daha fazla öncelik vermişlerdir. Aleviler ya da Alevilik de toplumsal ve politik meselelerden birisidir. Bu yönetmenlerden birisi olan A. Haluk Ünal, 2011 yılında çektiği Saklı Hayatlar filmi ile 1970’lerin sonunda yaşanmış olan Çorum olayları bağlamında Alevi-Sünni ilişkilerini ve iki ailenin hikayesi üzerinden zihniyet farklarını ortaya koymaya çalışmıştır. Bu kapsamda çalışmada Alevilerin ve Aleviliğin 2000 sonrası Türk sinemasındaki temsili Foucaultçu söylem analizi çerçevesinde ele alınarak incelenecektir.
Alevis, who are among the others of Turkey in terms of faith or as a collective identity, have been represented in a small number of films from the beginning of Turkish cinema until the 2000s. The majority of the films consisted of implicit representations and Alevis or Alevism were not mentioned. In parallel with the historical, social and political developments at the local and global level, which started in the 1980s and became more influential in the 2000s, it has been observed that Alevis and Alevism have started to be represented more in parallel with the increase in the number of representations of both ethnic and religious identities and others in Turkish cinema. This increase has also developed in parallel with the public visibility of Alevis and Alevism. It has become possible to talk about the fact that Alevis, who have started to show themselves in social life, have become more visible in Turkish cinema as in other fields. In Turkish cinema, especially directors who made their first films after 2000 gave more priority to social and political issues in their films. Alevis or Alevism is one of these social and political issues. One of these directors, A. Haluk Ünal, with his 2011 film Saklı Hayatlar (Hidden Lives), tried to reveal Alevi-Sunni relations and the differences in mentality between Alevis and Sunnis through the Çorum events of the late 1970s. In this context, the representation of Alevis and Alevism in post-2000 Turkish cinema will be analysed within the framework of Foucauldian discourse analysis.
