Due to the changes in economy, information and communication technologies, and shifts in demographic factors and lifestyles, efforts on the workplace flexibility in the accommodation enterprises have been internalized by the managers because of providing maximization of customer satisfaction and employee motivation. This study aimed to determine the effects of work flexibility on employee motivation who work at accommodation enterprises in Safranbolu. The employees working for accommdation enterprises have agreed the external, internal functional and wage flexibility practices of enterprises moderately and according to employees these flexibility issues affect the motivation of employees.
