In this study, 4 sexually abused children were evaluated whom were selected among all sexual abused child victims were examined at the Forensic Medicine Department of Medicine Faculty of Gaziantep University between the years 2003 and 2008. These four sexual abuse cases had claim of sexual abuse and vaginal/penil penetration, but it couldn't find any physical signs and their hymens were intact due to their specialty. So it is aimed to give definitions of special hymens and to draw attention to how important psychiatric examination can be to making a diagnosis of a child sexual abuse in cases without any physical signs such as our cases.
