The relations of prehistoric times between Levant Corridor and Anatolia have been realized to light of new inventions in this article. The perspective of cultural distribution of man has been realized with proved findings in north end of Levant where Kahramanmaraş is. In this perspective, the results of Paleolithic investigations of Kahramanmaraş have important. Especially, evidences of Direkli, Orta and Yağlak caves are reflected to industrial and cultural interactions on Levant-Amuq-Maraş line. Because of noticeable ratio of inventions belonging to Epi-Paleolithic and Upper Paleolithic Periods had been facilitated to support Kahramanmaraş on the north end of Levant. The Paleolithic findings of Amuq Plain and Üçağızlı Cave-Samandağ in Hatay are shown that it’s transferred Paleolithic cultures from Levant to Anatolia by a ways of Gaziantep and Adıyaman subsidence area and/or İslahiye-Maraş Basin. It is also being ecological niche of Hatay and Kahramanmaraş had facilitated to development of prehistoric cultures in that era. However, structures of Dicle and Fırat Basins have great deals of prehistoric settlements are facilitated to find, it is also extremely important for prehistoric archaeology in above mentioned area.
