Abstract:

İşletmelerde sosyal pazarlama, geleneksel pazarlama tanımında sosyal olayları biçimlendirmek üzere, toplumsal paydaşlara yer veren bir yaklaşımdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, bankacılık sektöründeki sosyal pazarlama uygulamalarının, etik iklim ve örgütsel bağlılık üzerinde etkisi olup olmadığını ölçmektir. Araştırma 10 Ekim 2016- 15 Mart 2017 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiş, İstanbul’daki farklı banka çalışanları arasından örnek kütle seçilmiştir. Tesadüfi olmayan örnekleme yöntemlerinden olan kolayda örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmış, anket tekniğiyle 404 banka çalışanından veriler toplanmış, veriler SPSS 17 programı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Korelasyon, regresyon, analizleri yapılmış, analizlerin anlamlılığı varyans ANOVA ile test edilmiştir. Analizler neticesinde, sosyal pazarlama faaliyetlerinin, çalışanların etik iklim ve örgütsel bağlılığını pozitif yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

Social marketing in is an approach to social stakeholders to form social events in the definition of traditional marketing. The aim of this study is to measure whether social marketing practices in the banking sector have an impact on the ethical climate and organizational commitment. The study was conducted between 10 October 2016 and 15 March 2017, and the sample mass was selected among the various bank employees in Istanbul. The easy-to-use sample method, which is from non-accidental sampling methods, was used, the survey technique collected data from 404 bank employees, the data was evaluated with the SPSS 17 program. Correlation, regression, analyses have been done, the meaning of the analyses has been tested with variance ANOVA. Analysis found that social marketing activities positively impact employees’ ethical climate and organizational commitment.
