AISI 1040 çeliğinin tornalanması sonucu oluşan yüzey pürüzlülük değerlerinin RSM ve YSA ile araştırılması

Bu çalışmada, Design Expert programında yüzey yanıt metodu (RSM) Box-Behnken tasarımına göre deney listesi oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan deney listesine uygun olarak AISI 1040 çeliğinin tornalaması sonucu yüzey pürüzlülük değerleri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen yüzey pürüzlülük değerleri ile RSM modeli ve yapay sinir ağı (YSA) modeli oluşturulmuştur. RSM modeli ile ikinci dereceden regresyon denklemi, varyans analizi (ANOVA) parametre etkileşimlerinin yüzey pürüzlülüğüne etkisi iki boyutlu kontur grafiği ve üç boyutlu yanıt grafiği, optimum kesme parametreleri incelenmiştir. Matlab R2013a programı ile YSA modeli oluşturulmuştur. RSM ve YSA modellerinin tahmin sonuçlarının doğruluğunu araştırmak için üç tane test deneyi belirlenmiştir. Test deneyleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Daha sonra deneysel Ra, RSM tahmini Ra ve YSA tahmini Ra değerleri kıyaslanmıştır. Bu kıyaslama sonucu RSM modelinin yaklaşık %90 doğrulukla test sonucunu tahmin ettiği belirlenmiştir.

Research of surface smoothness values resulting from the tornation of the AISI 1040 steel with RSM and YSA

Abstract:

In this study, a experimental list was created in the Design Expert program according to the surface response method (RSM) Box-Behnken design. According to the test list created, the surface smoothness values were obtained as a result of the tornation of the AISI 1040 steel. The achieved surface smoothness values have been created with the RSM model and the artificial nervous network (YSA) model. The second-degree regression equation with the RSM model, variance analysis (ANOVA) has been studied the effect on the surface smoothness of parameters interactions, the two-dimensional contour graph and the three-dimensional response graph, the optimal cutting parameters. The Matlab R2013a program has created the YSA model. Three test tests have been identified to investigate the accuracy of the forecast results of the RSM and YSA models. Test tests have been conducted. Then the experimental Ra, the RSM estimate Ra and the YSA estimate Ra values were compared. This comparison found that the RSM model predicted the test outcome with approximately 90% accuracy.
