Damla sulamayla farklı zamanlarda uygulanan azot dozlarının hıyarın verim ile bazı bitki besin maddesi içerikleri üzerine etkisi

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, farklı dozda farklı zamanlarda uygulanan azotun hıyar bitkisinin verim ve bazı bitki besin maddesi içerikleri üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Denemede, azot günlük 1, 2, 3 mg kg-1 olmak üzere; her gün, haftada iki kez, haftada 1 kez ve iki haftada 1 kez olmak üzere 4 farklı zamanda uygulanmıştır. Azot uygulamasında homojenlik sağlamak üzere 6 haftalık sürede her bir azot dozu için tüm uygulama zamanında toplam 42-84-126 mg kg-1 N uygulanmıştır. Temel gübreleme olarak 10-100-125 mg kg-1 NPK ekimden önce toprağa uygulanmış, ayrıca 1 hafta arayla 3 kez 5 mg kg-1 K damla sulamayla verilmiştir. Deneme 5 kg toprak alan saksılarda tesadüf parselleri deneme desenine göre 4 tekerrürlü olarak serada yürütülmüştür. Günlük uygulamada N3 düzeyinde en yüksek verim elde edilmesine rağmen; haftada iki kez yapılan uygulamada verim, ortalama meyve ağırlığı ve bitki kuru ağırlığı en yüksek düzeyde bulunmuştur. Bitkinin toplam N ve Ca içeriği, artan N dozuyla birlikte tüm uygulama zamanında önemli düzeyde artış göstermiştir. Haftada iki kez yapılan uygulamada bitkinin toplam N içeriği en düşük, iki haftada bir kez yapılan uygulamada ise en yüksek tespit edilmiştir. Bitkinin N kullanım etkinliği, haftada iki kez yapılan uygulamada en yüksek ve istatistiki açıdan önemli bulunmuştur. Azot dozlarının bitkinin toplam P içeriği üzerine etkisi istatistiki bakımdan % 1 düzeyinde önemli iken, uygulama şeklinin etkisi önemsiz bulunmuştur. Bitkinin toplam K içeriği üzerine uygulama zamanının %1 düzeyinde önemli etkisi olmuştur.

In this study, the effect of nitrogen in different doses applied at different times on the productivity and the nutrient content of some plants has been studied. In the trial, nitrogen was administered at 4 different times, including 1, 2, 3 mg kg-1 per day; every day, twice a week, once a week and once a week. A total of 42-84-126 mg kg-1 N were administered at the time of application for each nitrogen dose for a 6-week period to ensure homogenity in nitrogen application. As a basic fertilizer, 10-100-125 mg kg-1 NPK was applied to the soil before October, also 3 times in 1 week interval with 5 mg kg-1 K drops of irrigation. The trial was carried out in the 5 kg of the ground area of the trial patterns by 4 wheels according to the trial pattern. Despite the highest yield at the N3 level in daily application, the yield, average fruit weight and plant dry weight were found at the highest level in two times a week. The total N and Ca content of the plant, along with the increased N dose, has shown a significant increase throughout the time of application. The total N content of the plant in the application twice a week was the lowest and the highest in the application once a week was detected. The use effectiveness of the plant N was found to be highest and statistically important in the application done twice a week. The impact of nitrogen doses on the total P content of the plant is statistically significant at 1%, while the effect of the application form was not significant. It has had a significant impact on the total K content of the plant at the level of 1% of the application time.
