Bu araştırmanın amacı; okul yöneticilerinin örgütsel değişim bağlamında dijital eğitim (Eba ve Eba Tv) kullanımına ilişkin görüşlerini inceleyerek çözüm önerileri getirmektir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri analizi yapılırken doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, Diyarbakır’ın farklı ilçelerinde görev yapan 10 okul müdürü ve müdür yardımcısından oluşmaktadır. Araştırma, nitel bütüncül çok durum desenli betimsel yöntem ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında, araştırmacı çalışmanın kuramsal kısmını inceledikten sonra yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu oluşturmuştur. Araştırma verileri betimsel analizle çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları incelendiğinde; EBA içeriğinde yer alan kazanım değerlendirme etkinliklerinin kısmen de olsa yeterli görüldüğü, ancak öğrencilerin genel değerlendirmesinde yetersiz olduğu, öğretmenlerin teknik sorunlarla karşılaştığı, bu sorunlardan dolayı okulun iş ve işlemlerinin zamanında yapamadığı, uzaktan eğitimin uygulandığı süreçte öğretmenlerin EBA kullanımında zorunluluk olmamasının ciddi sorun oluşturduğu, örgün eğitimin EBA yoluyla yapılan uzaktan eğitimden daha verimli olduğu, EBA içeriklerinin ve değerlendirme sisteminin örgün eğitim sürecindeki ölçme değerlendirme sürecine göre daha sönük kaldığı ifade edilmiştir.
The aim of this research is to bring solutions by examining the views of school managers on the use of digital education (Eba and Eba TV) in the context of organizational change. Research methods have been used. The method of document analysis was used when data analysis was performed. The study’s work group consists of 10 school directors and assistant directors working in different districts of Diyarbakır. The research has been carried out with the illustrative method of the quality integrated multi-situation pattern. In the collection of research data, the researcher created a semi-configured conversation form after examining the theoretical part of the study. The research data is analyzed by visual analysis. When the results of the research are examined, it is stated that the achievement assessment activities contained in the EBA are partially considered sufficient, but are insufficient in the overall evaluation of students, that teachers face technical problems, that the school cannot do business and processes in time due to these problems, that the teachers are not required to use the EBA in the process of remote education, that the day education is more efficient than the day education through the EBA, that the EBA content and the evaluation system are less efficient than the measurement evaluation process in the day education.
