Günümüz seramik karo üretiminde baskı teknolojilerinin seramik sektörüne uyarlanmalarıyla üretimde büyük gelişmelere ve yeniliklere olanak sağlamıştır. Doğada var olan mermer, ağaç, taş görünümlerinin yüksek çözünürlükte, aslına uygun şekilde seramik yüzeye uygulanması seramik karoların katma değerinin artmasına neden olmuştur. Seramik yüzey tasarımlarının doğal nesnelerden yola çıkılarak gerçekleştirilmesine olanak sağlayan yeni teknoloji cihazlarından olan Cruze tarayıcılar son yıllarda seramik sektöründe kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Cruse tarayıcılar, sadece seramik dekor endüstrisinde değil, arşivlerde, müzelerde ve sanat eserlerinin reprodüksiyonları için kullanılan araçlardır. Ahşap zeminler, seramik karolar, laminatlar, kumaşlar, mobilya tasarımı ve duvar kâğıdı üretimi için istenilen yüzeyleri dijitalleştirebilmektedir ve çok yüksek çözünürlükle bilgisayara aktarılabilmektedir. Bu sayede de yeni yüzey tasarımlarının oluşturulması ve seramik yüzeylere uygulanması mümkün olmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı; Cruse tarama makinesinin seramik sektöründe kullanımını araştırmak ve teknolojinin seramik üretim yöntemlerine etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmanın kapsamı ve konusu; doğal veya yapay dokuların, Cruse tarama makinesi ile seramik yüzeylere aktarımıdır. Cruse tarama makinesinin neden ve hangi alanlarda tercih edildiği, nasıl kullanıldığı, görüntü kalitesi, Türkiye’deki örnekleri bu araştırmanın kapsamını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada Cruze tarama makinesinin çalışma prensipleri, seramik sektöründe kullanımı, sektöre olan katkısı incelenmiştir. Seramik sektöründe kullanılan araçlardan biri olan Cruse tarayıcılar hakkında yeterli bilgi bulunmamaktadır. Konu ile ilgili yapılan literatür taramalarının azlığı nedeni ile bu çalışmanın alana katkı sağlayacağı ve yeni bir kaynak oluşturacağı umulmaktadır.
With the adaptation of the printing technologies to the ceramic industry in today’s ceramic wire production, it has enabled major developments and innovations in production. The application of marble, trees, stone appearances that exist in nature in high resolution, in fact properly on the ceramic surface has caused the added value of ceramic roofs to increase. Cruze scanners, one of the new technology devices that enables ceramic surface designs to be implemented from natural objects, have been used in the ceramic industry in recent years. Cruse browsers are the tools used not only in the ceramic decor industry, but also in archives, museums and reproductions of artworks. The wooden floors, ceramic roofs, laminates, fabric, furniture design and wallpaper production can digitalize the required surfaces and can be transferred to the computer with a very high resolution. This allows the creation of new surface designs and application to ceramic surfaces. The purpose of this research is to explore the use of the Cruse scanning machine in the ceramic industry and to study the impact of technology on ceramic production methods. The scope and subject of the research is the transfer of natural or artificial tissues to ceramic surfaces by the Cruse scan machine. Why and in which areas the Cruse scan machine is preferred, how it is used, image quality, examples in Turkey form the scope of this research. The study examined the working principles of the Cruze scanning machine, its use in the ceramic industry, its contribution to the industry. There is not enough information about the Cruse browsers, one of the tools used in the ceramic industry. Due to the lack of literary scans on the subject, it is hoped that this work will contribute to the area and create a new source.
With the adaptation of press technologies in contemporary ceramic production, there has been effective improvements and innovations in the production. The application of marble, tree, and stone visuals, which already exist in the nature, on the surface of the ceramic in accordance with the original material has caused a rise in the added value of the ceramic tiles. Being the new technology devices, Cruse scanners which enable the designs of the ceramic surfaces being derived from the natural objects has been in use in ceramic industry in recent times. Cruse scanners are tools that are not only used in ceramic decoration industry but they are also convenient in archives, museums, and the reproduction of the art works. The desired surface can be digitalized and transferred to computers in a really high resolution for the production of wooden floors, ceramic tiles, laminated flooring, fabrics, furniture design, and wallpapers. Owing to this, it is possible to create new surface designs and apply on ceramic surfaces. The purpose of the research is to make research about the usage of Cruse scanning device in the ceramic sector and analyze the impact of the technology on the methods of ceramic production. The content and the topic of the research is the transfer of the natural or artificial texture towards ceramic surfaces via Cruse scanning device. The reason why and in which fields Cruse scanning devices are preferred, how they are used, the visual quality, and the examples in Turkey constitutes the content of this research. In the study, the working principles of Cruse scanning device, its usage in ceramic sector, and its contribution to the sector has been analyzed. There has not been enough information related to Cruse scanners which is one of the devices used in ceramic sector. Due to lack of data as a result of the applied literature surveys, this study is expected to contribute and turn into a new resource.
