The purpose of this research is to identify the problems that graduate teachers experience. This study, created using the quality research method and phenomenology design, has completed its master or doctoral studies in various provinces and universities of Turkey and has participated in 14 teachers working in institutions associated with the Ministry of National Education (MEB). The data was collected using a form developed by the researcher for semi-configured conversations. Questions about the challenges faced by teachers in postgraduate education are addressed in this way. The data obtained from the research was analyzed using content analysis and visual analysis. According to the research results: the opinions of the teachers discussed with him on the revenue of graduate education were evaluated under 3 topics as individual revenue, social revenue and economic revenue. The individual revenue of postgraduate education is to provide scientific contribution to teachers, to provide professional contribution and to provide scores in administration. The social benefits of graduate education are gaining social status and achieving social environment. The social revenue of postgraduate education is classified as the increase in wages and additional lesson fees that the teachers will provide and the degree and degree increase.

Using qualitative research method and phenomenology design, 14 teachers who completed their master's or doctoral studies in various provinces and universities in Turkey and who work in institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education (MoNE) participated in this study. The data were collected using a form developed by the researcher for semi-structured interviews. Questions about the difficulties experienced by the lecturers in postgraduate education were asked in this way. The data obtained from the research were analyzed using content analysis and descriptive analysis. According to the results of the study, the opinions of the interviewed teachers about the benefits of postgraduate education were evaluated under three themes: individual benefits, social benefits and economic benefits. The individual benefits of postgraduate education are scientific contribution, professional contribution and points in administration. Social benefits of postgraduate education are gaining social status and social environment. The social benefits of postgraduate education are listed as an increase in salary and additional course fees and an increase in grade and rank.
