Abstract:

Rural tourism, which is part of the diversity of tourist products and especially after two thousand years, has become a type of tourism that is performed by more tourists every day, not only in Turkey but also in the world. The motivations of tourists to tourism in rural areas are to experience rural areas, and many different types of tourism, such as tourism, agro tourism, botanical tourism, cave tourism, are also included in the area of rural tourism. Therefore, there is a lot of work in the area on the types of tourism assessed in the field of rural tourism in the summer, and there are even congresses and symposiums about rural tourism. It is believed that the work on rural tourism and species that contributes significantly to the growth of tourism demand will have a positive impact on both the development and sustainability of tourism and the summer of the area. The main objective of this study is to identify the general characteristics of the undergraduate thesis studies prepared on rural tourism and to give both tourism plans and politicians an idea in terms of the development of rural tourism and the researchers who will work in this field in terms of the summer. In the study, the documentary scan method was used. In this framework, the thesis search menu in the National Thesis Center Database has been scaned through the concepts of rural tourism, agricultural tourism, agro-tourism, botanical tourism, river tourism, cavern tourism, bird observation tourism and agricultural tourism. In the study of the relevant theses, the parameters included in previous studies have been used. The study has given various recommendations to the industry staff and researchers in order to make rural tourism and other types of tourism involved in the field more effectively.
