Özet:

The aim of this study is to examine the use of smart ambulance and tablet (electronic case system) by pre-hospital emergency health workers with technology acceptance model. 275 emergency healthcare workers participated in the study carried out for this purpose. “Technology Acceptance Scale” consisting of 25 statements was used in the research. As a result of the research, it was determined that the technology acceptance level of emergency health workers was high. In the study, perceived ease of use; perceived usefulness and attitude towards use, perceived usefulness; It has been determined that it positively affects the attitude towards use and intention towards use. It has also been determined that the attitude towards use positively affects the intention towards use and the behavior realized during the intention towards use. In addition, it has been determined that perceived usefulness has a partial mediator role between perceived ease of use and attitude towards use, and attitude towards use has a partial mediating role between perceived usefulness and intention to use. Since there is no study on the subject in the literature, it is thought that it will make important contributions to the related literature and will be a reference study that practitioners can benefit from in system development processes.
