The sample of the study consists of 385 teachers working in 28 secondary schools in Erzurum city center, in 2013-2014 academic years. The data collection instrument of the study includes; demographic information of the teachers such as gender, branch, professional seniority, etc., Power Type Scale developed by Koşar (2008), Organizational Climate Inventory developed by Steve Hoy and Tarter (1997) and adopted into Turkish by Yılmaz and Altınkurt (2013). For the statistical analyses of the data, frequency and percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation were used. In addition, multiple linear regression analysis were done to determine the independent variables prediction levels for dependent variables. In research result, it has been observed that, in terms of power source scale dimensions, while the highest mean is award power dimension, the lowest mean is compulsory power dimension. When examining the range regarding organizational climate scale, it is figured out that the highest mean is cooperative teacher behavior dimension, the lowest mean is careless teacher behavior dimension. As a result of the study, it is determined that there are positive and significant relations between organizational climate and the power sources that principals use.
