Abstract:

A Nalitic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a decision-making method used in solving complex problems containing multiple criteria. However, this method is criticized due to the imbalanced scale of judgment it uses, the uncertainty in the perception map of the decision maker, which is in the nature of the equal comparison process, and the failure to control the uncertainty situations. The aim of this study is to determine the decision priorities of farmers in basic business issues such as technical assistance, planning and registration and the preference degrees of the institutions they expect to support in the making of these decisions using the Bully AHP. When research field farmers’ business decision priorities are examined, planning takes the first place. Farmers prefer university in making basic business decisions
