Bir örgütün devamlılığı ve başarısı için çalışanlar oldukça önemlidir. Örgüt, çalışanları olduğu sürece hayatını devam ettirecek ve çalışanlarının başarısı sayesinde istediği konuma gelebilecektir. Örgütlerde çalışanın insan olması ve insanında iş hayatında ve özel hayatında birtakım zorluklarla karşılaşması muhtemeldir. Günümüz iş hayatında ise yüksek psikolojik dayanıklılığa sahip çalışanlar bu zorluklarla mücadelede daha etkin olduklarından örgütler için daha fazla değer taşımaktadırlar. Bu araştırmanın amacı, psikolojik dayanıklılık ve boyutlarının (kendini adama, meydan okuma ve kontrol) covid-19 korkusu ve boyutları (psikolojik faktörler, psiko-somatik faktörler, ekonomik faktörler ve sosyal faktörler) üzerine etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Kahramanmaraş’taki bir alışveriş merkezinin (AVM’nin) 169 çalışanı meydana getirmektedir. Araştırma verilerini toplamak için anket tekniğinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri SPSS 25.0 programında frekans analizi, güvenirlik analizi, korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analiziyle test edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda psikolojik dayanıklılık ve boyutlarının (kendini adama, meydan okuma ve kontrol) covid-19 korkusu ve boyutlarını (psikolojik faktörler, psiko-somatik faktörler, ekonomik faktörler ve sosyal faktörler) etkilemediği belirlenmiştir.
Workers are very important for the continuity and success of an organization. The organization will continue its life as long as it has its employees and will be able to get to the position it wants thanks to the success of its employees. In organizations, it is likely that the employee is a human being and that the person will face a number of challenges in his business and private life. In today’s business life, employees with high psychological resilience are more valuable for organizations because they are more effective in dealing with these challenges. The aim of this study is to study the impact of psychological resistance and dimensions (self-man, challenge and control) on covid-19 fear and dimensions (psychological factors, psycho-somatic factors, economic factors and social factors). The study was sampled by 169 employees of a shopping center (AVM) in Kahramanmaraş. The survey technique has been used to collect research data. The research data was tested in SPSS 25.0 with frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The analysis found that their psychological resistance and dimensions (self-man, challenge and control) did not affect covid-19 fear and dimensions (psychological factors, psycho-somatic factors, economic factors and social factors).

Questionnaire technique was used to collect research data. The research data were tested with frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis in SPSS 25.0 program. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that psychological resilience and its dimensions (commitment, challenge and control) did not affect the fear of covid-19 and its dimensions (psychological factors, psycho-somatic factors, economic factors and social factors).
