Eski Türk edebiyatı müellifleri olan divan şairleri, manzumelerini divan ismi verilen manzum eserlerde toplamışlardır. Eserleri divan ve divançelere nispeten daha hacimsiz olan veya çeşitli sebeplerle şiirlerini bir araya getiremeyen divan şairlerinin manzumeleri genellikle dostları tarafından mecmû‘a-i eş‘âr ismi verilen eserlerde toplanmıştır. Bu çalışmada 1306/1889 yılında vefat eden Tebrizli Remzî Baba’nın 16 sayfa, 13 manzumeden oluşan, II. Abdülhamîd Han başta olmak üzere Osmanlı devlet ricali için yazılan manzumeleri muhtevî Mecmû‘a-i Eş‘âr’ının incelemesi yapılmış ve eserin transkripsiyonlu metni verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Remzî Baba’nın diğer eserleri olan Âyîne-i ‘İbret, Hadîkatü’l-Uşşâk’tan ve dağınık halde bulunan diğer şiirlerinden de mümkün olduğunca örnekler verilerek müellifin edebî kişiliği ve manzumelerinin mahiyeti incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.
The ancient Turkish literature, divan poets, have gathered their manuscripts in the manuscripts given the name divan. The other works of the Remzî Father, the Aïîne 'Ibret, Hadîkatü'l-Uşâk and other poems that are distorted, were given as many examples as possible to study the literary personality of the author and the magnitude of his manuscripts.
