So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to reveal the teaching profession courses taught in Ottoman teacher training schools, which subjects were included in the content of these courses, and how the courses were taught. The courses discussed in the study are educational sciences, moral, health science courses, and courses related to professional development provided to students starting their internship. The historical research method was used in the study. Historical research enables to learn and understand the events that occurred in the past, and to comprehend that the events taking place today actually have a historical process. Furthermore, the study that emerged as a result of historical research constitutes a literature on the subjects to be studied by researchers. Since the historical studies are based on the documents of the periods, the descriptive approach was chosen as the data analysis in the study. The aim of the descriptive approach is present the data to the reader by staying as faithful as possible to the original form of the data obtained. The documents of the Presidency of Republic of Turkey Directorate of State Archives, Ottoman yearbooks, curriculum programs for schools published by the Ottoman Ministry of Education, and various copyrighted works written by the educators of the period were used in the study. The data obtained from the documents constituting the source of the study was adhered to by the researcher, as required by the purpose of the descriptive approach. The data obtained from the documents were described under the themes of profession courses taught separately and professional development courses taught during the internship period.
