Dental clots are one of the cases that are common in older patients. This causes both functional and aesthetic problems due to vertical size loss. There are several therapeutic options to regain normal vertical size. In the present case, the 51-year-old male patient had common tooth clots and crushing function problems. In order to recover the vertical size, the vertical size is arranged with the restoration of the premolar teeth and the fixed prothesis is planned to be made with implant support for posterior teeth. Composite veneer restorations have been made to the upper lower anterior teeth to correct the patient's esthetics, contribute to the function and facilitate the habit of the vertical size. These restorations will form the first stage of rehabilitation and will increase the patient’s habit of the planned treatment process and comfort. Loss of normal occlusal vertical dimension can severely affect both function and aesthetic. There are many approaches to regain the normal occlusal vertical dimension. In the presented case a 51 year old male patient had severe tooth wear in the maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth with loss of interocclusal space due to early loss of his posterior teeth. In order to regain the vertical dimension, premolar teeth were restored with composite restoration and the vertical dimension corrected for some extent, implant-supported fixed prosthesis was planned for the posterior area. For the previous teeth, composite veneer restorations were made to upper and lower teeth in order to provide aesthetic, function and to facilitate the patient's adaptation of the increased vertical dimension. These restorations will create the first stage of rehabilitation and will increase the adaptation and comfort of the patient in the planned treatment process.
