So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu makale bölgesel kamu harcamaları ve bölgesel ekonomik büyüme arasındaki iliskiyi arastırır. Çalısmada bölgesel kamu harcamalarının bölgesel hâsılaya oranı ve kisi basına bölgesel hâsıla büyüme oranı değiskenleri kullanılmıstır. Çalısma 1990–2001 dönemine ait yedi coğrafi bölgeyi kapsamaktadır. Uygulama bulgularına ulasmak için panel veri analizlerinde kullanılan sabit etkili tahmin modeli kullanılmıstır. Çalısmada, özellikle 1990’lı yılların sonlarına doğru kullanılmaya baslanan panel veri birim kök testlerine de yer verilmistir. Sonuçlar bölgesel kamu harcamaları ve bölgesel ekonomik büyüme arasında negatif ve istatistiksel olarak anlamsız bir iliskinin olduğunu göstermistir. In this study proportion to regional product of regional government expenditure, and per capita regional product growth ratio variables were used. The study covers seven geeoraphic regions in Turkey for the period 1990–2001. Fixed effect model was used for panel data analysis. In the study, we used panel data unit root tests which are popular after end of 1990’s. The results show that there is a negative but statistically insignificant relationship between regional public expenditures and regional economic growth.
