Abstract:

this study aims to determine and analyze the problem perceptions of human resources management iky functions of turkish businesses operating in bişkekte, research is covered by mongoliatürkiye industrialists and businessmen association member of turkey-based enterprises, and this business managers are limited to the opinions of the research conducted by the question form of data collection and obtained data were analyzed in the spss environment with correlation analysis, findings with human resources ik planning and performance evaluation function outside of the iky functions have been significantly associated with all of the problems detected in terms of external tests and studies, as a result of the findings in the perception of different business functions in terms of the perception of the perception of the study
