So many results that aren't mine?

References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

İş sözleşmeleri işçi ile işveren arasında sürekli bir borç ilişkisi doğuran bir sözleşme türüdür. Taraflar arasındaki bu borç ilişkisi süreli fesih bildirimi ile sona erdirilebileceği gibi, 4857 sayılı İş Kanunu’ nun 24 ve 25. maddelerinde öngörülen haklı nedenlerden herhangi birinin bulunması durumunda işçi veya işveren tarafından bildirimsiz yani herhangi bir ihbar öneli tayin edilmeksizin de feshedilebilecektir.
