Genleştirilmiş Polistiren Sert Köpük (EPS) Yalıtım Kalıplı Donatılı Beton Taşıyıcı (EPS YKDBT) Duvar Sistemi’nde, sistemin özelikleri dikkate alınarak tasarlanan “kendiliğinden yerleşen beton” (KYB) kullanılması uygundur. Fakat KYB’nin maliyetinin yüksek olması sebebiyle EPS YKDBT duvar sisteminde KYB’nin kullanılması sistemin yapım maliyetini arttırmaktadır. Sistemin yapım maliyetini düşürmek amacıyla çalışma kapsamında EPS YKDBT duvar sistemi için “çok akıcı” kıvamda geleneksel beton bileşimi tasarlandı. EPS YKDBT duvar sistemi için tasarlanan istenir geleneksel beton bileşiminin uygunluğu, KYB ile karşılaştırılarak deneysel olarak belirlenmeye çalışıldı. Çalışma sonucu incelenen EPS YKDBT Duvarlı bina yapım sisteminde vibrasyon uygulanmadan çok akıcı kıvamda geleneksel beton bileşiminin kullanılmasının uygun olmayacağı sonucuna varıldı.

In the Extended Polystyrene Hard Foam (EPS) Isolation Foam Equipped Beton Carrier (EPS YKDBT) Wall System, it is convenient to use the "self-installed concrete" (KYB) designed taking into account the features of the system. But because the cost of the KYB is high, the use of the KYB in the EPS YKDBT wall system increases the cost of construction of the system. In order to reduce the cost of construction of the system, the work was carried out in the framework of the EPS UNDBT wall system "very smooth" traditional concrete composition. The conformity of the traditional concrete composition, designed for the EPS YKDBT wall system, was tried to be experimentally determined by comparing with the KYB. The result of the study studied EPS YKDBT Wall Building construction system found that the use of traditional concrete composition in a very smooth shade without the application of vibration would not be suitable.
