Bu çalışmada farklı atkı sıklığı ve iplik numaralarından oluşan dokuma kumaşların örtme faktörü ve gözeneklilik parametreleri ile ses yutuculuk davranışları arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla üç farklı atkı sıklığı ve dört farklı numarada atkı ipliği kullanılarak dokuma kumaşlar üretilmiştir. Kumaşların gramaj, kalınlık, hava geçirgenliği, gözenek oranı ve ses yutuculuk katsayıları ölçülmüştür. Kalın iplik kullanımı ve sıklık artışı kumaştaki gözenek oranını ve hava geçirgenlik değerlerini düşürmüş, bunun yanında kumaşın ses yutuculuk katsayısı değerlerinde artışa sebep olmuştur. Kumaş sıklığı ve iplik numarası parametrelerini tek bir değişkene indirgemesi açısından faydalı olabilecek örtme faktörü değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Örtme faktörü yüksek kumaşların daha küçük gözeneklere sahip olduğu ve hava geçirgenliklerinin daha düşük olduğu gösterilmiştir. Artan örtme faktörü ile birlikte dokuma kumaşların daha iyi ses yutuculuk performansı gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.

The effect of the texting factor and the monitoring parameters on the sound-stiming behavior of the texting mushrooms

Abstract:

This study has studied the relationship between the cover factor of textile tissues consisting of different shooting frequencies and thread numbers and the porosity parameters and sound absorption behaviors. For this purpose, three different jump frequencies and four different numbers of jump wire used textile fabric were produced. The grammar, thickness, air permeability, portion ratio and sound absorption ratio of the fabric are measured. The use of thick wire and the increase in frequency has reduced the portion rate and air tolerance values in the fabric, and has also caused an increase in the values of the sound absorption rate of the fabric. Cover factor values that may be useful in reducing the textile frequency and thread number parameters to a single variable are calculated. The crush factor has shown that high fabric has smaller pores and lower air permeability. With increased covering factor, it has been found that textile tissues show better sound absorption performance.
