Amaç: Alt göz kapağı tam kat defektleri keratopati, korneal ülserasyon hatta körlüğe varan komplikasyonlara sebep olabileceğinden rekonstrüksiyonu önem arz eder. Makalede, tümör eksizyonu sonrası oluşan alt göz kapağı tam kat defektlerinin superfisial temporal arter ada flebi ve kulak kıkırdak grefti ile rekonstrüksiyonu sunulmuş ve tecrübelerimiz aktarılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: 2011-2013 yılları arasında toplam 5 hastaya, alt göz kapağında yerleşimli bazal hücreli kanser tanısıyla tümör eksizyonu yapılmış ve olguların alt göz kapağı süperfisial temporal arter ada flebi ve kulaktan alınan kıkırdak kompozit greft ile rekonstrükte edilmiştir. Bulgular: İki hastada operasyon sonrası venöz konjesyon görüldü ve kendiliğinden geriledi. Tüm hastalarda fonksiyonel ve estetik olarak başarılı bir rekonstrüksiyon sağlandı. Sonuç: Sonuç olarak; süperfisial temporal arter ada flebi geniş pedikül rotasyon arkının olması, renk ve doku uyumunun iyi olması, donör alan skarının az olması ve minimal morbiditesi ile alt göz kapağı tam kat defektlerinin rekonstrüksiyonunda kullanılabilecek güvenli bir seçenektir
Purpose: The reconstruction is important because the full layer defects of the undercover can cause keratopathy, corneal ulceration and even complications that reach blindness. In the article, the reconstruction of the full lay defects of the lower eye cover formed after the tumor excision was presented with the superfisial temporal arter island flebi and ear scratch greff and our experiences were transmitted. Tools and Methods: Between 2011-2013, a total of 5 patients were diagnosed with basal cell cancer in the lower eyelid, and the lower eyelid of the events was reconstructed with the superfisial temporal arter island flebi and the crust composite greft taken from the ear. Results: Two patients saw a venous conjunction after surgery and dropped on their own. A successful functional and aesthetic reconstruction was provided in all patients. Result: As a result; the superfisial temporal arter is a safe option that can be used in the reconstruction of the wide pedicular rotation ark, the good color and tissue compatibility, the low donor area scratch and the minimal morbidity of the lower eye cover.
