This study was conducted to determine the nutritional performance of raw egg supplements on milk-smoking pigs, serum IgG and some blood parameters. In the study, a daily age of 16 Holstein races were used by men. The bears were divided into two groups so that the living weight average would be close to each other. During the 59 days of the study, the pigs were fed up to 10% of their living weights with normal cow’s milk for 2 meals a day (morning 08:00, evening 18:00). The bulls in the test group were fed in the same way as the control group, in addition, 1 crude egg was added to their milk in each meal. The living weights of the pigs were determined by two weeks intervals. Serum IgG and serum parameters are identified. I took blood samples every day. According to the study, there was no statistical difference between the groups in terms of living weight, living weight increase, food consumption and the rate of use of food. The serum IgG concentration of the test group was significantly higher than the control group (p<0.01). Serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL, LDL, VLDL and total protein concentrations did not statistically differ between the groups. As a result, it has been achieved that the nutritional performance of raw egg supplement to beef milk, the serum lipite metabolism products and the total amount of protein did not change, yet it strengthens the immune system.
