Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to study the impact of educational leadership practices of school directors in primary schools on the psychological strengthening of teachers. Research is a qualitative research. The universe of study is formed by teachers who work in the primary education institutions in the Education-Teaching Year 2020-2021. The examples of the study consist of 363 teachers randomly selected from this universe. The data collection tool is made up of three sections. The materials prepared for the collection of personal information in the first section include the materials aimed at determining the practices of educational leadership of the school directors in the second section and the materials aimed at determining the views of psychological strengthening in the third section. "Test" for two variable parametric data, "One Way Anova-F Test" for three and more variable parametric data, has been used. According to the opinions of teachers on the practices of educational leadership, school managers use the most social capital, at least intellectual capital; teachers are psychically strengthened at a high level, the relationship between educational leadership and psychological strengthening (r=,504; p<,01) is positive, meaningful and medium.
