Abstract:

ÖZET: Bu çalışma ekim Öncesi farklı uygulamaların kızılcık (Cornus mas L.) tohumlarının çimlenme oranları üzerine etkilerini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada seleksiyon yoluyla seçilen 4 kızılcık tipine ait tohumlar kullanılmıştır. Tohumlara ekimden önce aşağıdaki uygulamalar yapılmıştır. J. 0,30,60 ve 90 gün sürelerle +4 °C'de katlama (Kontrol), 2. Sıcak suda (80-100 °C) 30 dakika bekletme + 0,30,60 ve 90 gün sürelerle +4 °C'de katlama, 3. H2SO4 ile aşındırma + 0,30,60 ve 90 gün sürelerle +4 °C'de katlama. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, sıcak su ve sülfürik asit uygulamaları tohumlarda çimlenme oranlarını kontrole göre önemli derecede artırmıştır. Kontrolde %1.87 olan çimlenme oranı sıcak su uygulamasında % 22.08 ve H2SO4 uygulamasında da % 25.61 olarak belirlenmiştir. Katlama sürelerinin artışı da tohumlarda çimlenme oranlarım artırmıştır. Katlama sûrelerine göre en düşük çimlenme kontrol uygulamasında bulunurken {% 0.00), en yüksek çimlenme oranı 90 gün katlanan tohumlarda (% 28.88) meydana gelmiştir. Tohum çimlenmesi bakımından tipler arasında da farklılık olduğu belirlenmiş ve en yüksek çimlenme 25-ÜZ-20 tipinde (% 18.05) belirlenmiştir. SEEDS   SUMMARY: T his study was carried out to determine the effects of different treatments before sowing on the germination of cornelian cherry (Cornus mas L.) seeds. In this study, the seeds of 4 selected cornelian cherry types w ere used. Foliovving treatments were applied to seeds before somng; 1. Stratification aı +4 °C for 0,30,60 and 90 days (Control), 2. Lef t in hot water (80-100 °C)for 30 min + stratification at +4 oq f0r 0,30, 60 and 90 days, 3. Scrafication with sulfuric acid + stratification at +4 °C for 0,30, 60 and, 60 and 90Resulls of this study shovved that, hot water and sulfuric acid treatments increased germination rates significantly as compared to the control. The germination rate for control was 1.87 %, it was 22.08 % and 25.61% for the hol water andH2SÖ4 treatments, respectively. Germination rates of seeds increased by increasing of stratification period. According to the siraüfıcanon period, the minimum germination rate h>05 determined in control (0.00 %) and the maximum germination rate vvas determined in stratifiedfor 90 days (28.88 %). There were differences in germination rates among types and the maıimum germination rate VVOÎ obtained in 25-Uz~20 type (18.05 %).

Abstract:

This study was conducted before October with the aim of studying the effects of different applications on the grinding rates of cornus (Cornus mas L.) seeds. In the study, the seeds of the 4 types of roses selected through selection were used. Applications were made to the seeds before October. by J. Completion at +4 °C with 0.30,60 and 90 days (Control), 2. Stay in hot water (80-100 °C) for 30 minutes + climbing at +4 °C for 0.30,60 and 90 days periods, 3. Injection with H2SO4 + 0.30,60 and 90 days of climbing at +4 °C. According to the findings obtained, the application of hot water and sulphuric acid has significantly increased the grinding rates in the seeds according to control. The grass rate of 1.87 per cent in control was determined at 22.08 per cent in hot water and 25.61 per cent in H2SO4. The increase in the time of climbing also increased the grass rate in the seeds. The lowest grass control applies according to grass grass, while the highest grass rate occurred in grassed seeds for 90 days (28.88) . In terms of seed grinding, there is also a difference between the types and the highest grinding is determined in the 25-UZ-20 type (% 18.05).
