Abstract:

Politics is a structure that tries to answer the needs of the society, essentially human and offers solutions to them. It is a fact that the base politics is centered on human. Political Science is the branch of "social sciences". Political science examines the activities of the state, government and political communities by analyzing them on a theoretical framework. History is an effort to understand human acts in time. History is the accumulation of the mind and reflexes of humanity. The human adventure is transferred to history. At the same time, history is the questions posed by the human mind to events and the determination to seek answers to these questions. Human, which contains the subject of history, is at the center of all events that are subject to history. Human is not the only the writer of history, he is also affected by history. The events and problems encountered in human history are of course not exactly the same. Time makes each event different from each other. Therefore, to solve the problems of the day, past knowledge is needed so that knowledge turns into wisdom for problem-solving. Today, the technical knowledge of the past has turned into technology that makes humanity's life easier. So why does not the knowledge of history turn into political wisdom for the problems in which humanity vacillates? Information that is not put into practice is dead, this also applies to historical knowledge. History of political, social, cultural and so on. Reserves to answer problems should turn into a solution-oriented and result-oriented political practice. It is now a necessity for political science, which is powered by historical knowledge and combined with history, to political wisdom that finds practical solutions to the problems of humanity.
