Bu araştırmanın amacı okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin yöneticiler ve öğretmenlerle yaşadığı sorunlar ve yaşanan sorunlara çözüm yöntemlerini araştırarak çözüm önerileri sunmaktır. Araştırma nitel paradigmaya uygun olarak yürütülmüştür. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen 6 Soruluk görüşme soruları yardımı ile toplanmıştır.
Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, okullarda sorunların yaşandığı, yaşanan sorunların genellikle öğretmenle-öğretmen arasında veya idareciler ile öğretmenler arasında olduğu, çatışma nedeni olarak öğretmenler arasındaki kavgalar veya çatışmaların daha çok görüş veya fikir ayrılıklarından kaynaklandığı, İdareciler ve öğretmenler arasında gerçekleşen çatışmaların nedeni daha çok yönetimin yaptığı işlerde hata yapması ve bunu hataymış gibi kabul etmemesi, ek ders ücretlerinin yanlış hesaplanması, nöbet günlerinin istenilen güne verilmemesi vs.dir. Okul yönetiminin öğretmenler arasındaki tartışma veya çatışmalarda pasif kaldığı ve çatışmayı sonlandıracak gözle görülür kararlar alamadığı, Okullarda yaşanan sorunların yatıştırılması için herhangi strateji ya da politikaların üretilmediği, okul yönetiminin çatışmaları yönetebilme yetkinliğinin çok yetersiz olduğu görülmektedir.
The aim of this research is to propose solutions to the problems experienced by preschool teachers with administrators and teachers, and to search for solutions to problems encountered. The research was carried out in accordance with the qualitative paradigm. The data were collected with the help of 6-Question interview questions developed by the researcher.
According to the findings obtained in the research, the reason for the conflicts that occur between the administrators and the teachers is that the problems are experienced in schools, the problems are generally between the teacher and the teacher or between the administrators and the teachers, and the conflicts or conflicts between the teachers are the reason for the conflict. is wrong in his work and does not accept it as an error, wrong calculation of additional course fees, not giving the day of the shift to the desired day, etc. It is observed that the school management remains passive in the discussions or conflicts between teachers and cannot make visible decisions to end the conflict, that no strategies or policies are produced to alleviate the problems in schools, and the school management's ability to manage conflicts is very insufficient.
