Türkçe'de küreselleşme olarak karşılığını bulan globalleşme (Globalization), 1980'lerden günümüze kadar her alanda hem beşeri bilimlerin hem de ulusal ve uluslararası siyasetin en önemli konularından biri olmuştur. Sorun ekonomiden kültüre, hukuktan siyasete kadar çok yönlü ve birbirini ilgilendiren/etkileyen boyutları sebebiyle hem teorik hem de pratik yönleriyle hep canlı kalmış ve Mc Luhan'ın 1960larda literatüre soktuğu deyişle "Global Köy" hâline dönüşen/dönüştürülen dünyanın hâli her açıdan tartışmaya açılmıştir. Meseleyi bulunduklari yer, önceledikleri problematikler ve konjonktürel ikametgahlari zaviyesinden ele alan bilim insanları, ve siyasal elit, konu hakkında büyük yelpazede bir literatür oluşturmuş ve oluşturmaya da devam etmektedirler. Kadir Cangızbay ele aldığı konuları -bazılarını aşağıda göstermeye çalışacağız- oldukça farklı ve çarpıcı bir üslupla dile getiren, alışılmışın dışında bir sosyolog/akademisyendir. Globalleşme/küreselleşme olgusunu da -tabii ki diğer yaklaşımlardan da haberli bir bilim insanı sıfatıyla- kendine has bir yaklaşımla ele alıp tartışmakta, ve globalleşme varsa bir globalleştirmenin olduğunu ve bunun emperyalist/kapitalist güçler tarafından terörize edici bir şekilde "öteki" toplumlara dayatıldığını çarpıcı bir şekilde ele almaktadır. Biz bu makalede, Cangızbay'ın bu tartışma ve yaklaşımının daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi amacıyla önce beslendiği iki kaynak olan Gurwitch ve Saint Simon ile ilişkisine değinip, ardından bazı temel konulardaki düşüncelerini ele aldıktan sonra Küreselleşme, kendisinin ifadesiyle globalleşme ile ilgili düşüncelerini irdelemeye çalışacağız.
Globalization has been one of the most important topics of human sciences and national and international politics in Turkey from the 1980s to the present day. The problem has always remained alive in both theoretical and practical aspects because of its diversity, from economy to culture, from law to politics, and it has been open to debate in all aspects of the world that has become a “Global Village” as McLuhan introduced in the 1960s. The scientists who discussed the issue where they were, the issues they prioritized and the conjonctual residence, and the political elite, have created and continue to create a wide range of literature on the subject. Kadir Cangızbay is an unusual sociologist/academic who speaks the topics he deals with – some of them we will try to show below – with a very different and impressive style. The fact of globalization/globalization is also, of course, as a scientist of other approaches, addressed and discussed by a particular approach, and it is a globalization if there is globalization, and it is terroristicly imposed by the imperialist/capitalist powers on “other” societies. In this article, we will refer to the relationship with Gurwitch and Saint Simon, the two sources in which Cangizbay was first feeding in order to better understand this discussion and approach, and then discuss their thoughts on some fundamental topics, we will try to discuss their thoughts on globalization, globalization, and globalization by its own expression.
