Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine whether the teachers have differences between their emotional work levels. This research has been used by the screening model. The research consists of 237 teachers working in the primary and secondary schools in the city centre of Bartin. In the study, the data was collected through the emotional work scale. In the analysis of the data, the t test and the ANOVA test were applied. According to the results of the study, the level of emotional work of teachers is medium, the size of role-playing is low, the size of profound role-playing is high and the size of natural emotions is very high. The levels of teachers’ emotional work behavior are determined to be different according to gender, professional age, age, type of school, and educational status.
