Introduction: In the field of nursing, following and using technological developments has a significant place regarding the quality of patient care, reducing workload, preventing medical errors and ensuring patient safety. Aim: In this study, it is aimed to systematically evaluate the published studies on "Technology and Nursing" in Turkey between 2014 - 2019. Methods: TUBITAK Ulakbim DergiPark and Google Academic databases were scanned with the keywords "Nurse", "Technology in Nursing", "Technology and Nursing Care" and 11.970 studies published between January 2014 and December 2019 were examined. A total of 22 publications meeting the inclusion criteria were included in the study. All articles are in Turkish, 21 articles are descriptive and 1 article is in qualitative research design. Results: When the studies included in the research are examined, it has been determined that studies are mostly done in the field of surgery and intensive care and technology assists nurses, reduces workload, provides enhanced care to patients and increases patient safety. From the studies with nursing students; students seem to use technology and approach trainings in this field more positive, use technological developments more in the computer field and support simulation-based training programs. Conclusion: As a result of this study, it has been found that descriptive studies were carried out to determine that nurses’ use of technology, knowledge, opinions and attitudes. Conducting more research on the use of technological developments in care and treatment practices will be important in order to improve the quality of nursing care.
