So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Apres l'ouvrage de Sociologie que l'on peut denommer classique en Amerique, de Park et Burgess, le traite en question est un des plus remarquables du genre. Moore, travaillant plus tard avec Groves redigea cette oeuvre electique. Ce livre, ainsi que les auteurs le declarent dans leur preface, forme une introduction a la sociologie, c'est dire qu'il n'est point une source de references relativement aux documents traitant des problemes sociologiques. Il est encore 515 moins une oeuvre ou une theorie systematique speculant sur le probleme de la nature de la societe. L'ouvrage est, en fait, un agrandissement de "Introduction a la Sôciologie" publiee anterieurement (1928-32) par Groves.
