Our goal is to investigate the effects of the walking exercise program on the body composition, in addition to the use of medications by women with single-waren heart disorder identified as a result of quantitative angiography, 3 days a week. between 40-60 years of age (the control group's age average is 47.48±5.83, the test group's age average is 47,07±5.85) women are divided into the control group (only the drug group) and the test group (the drug group) and the patient with the same vascular disease, the same risk factor and the same group of drugs (acetylsalic acid preparations, aspirin, statin group, B.Blockers and nitrates in the necessary cases) and have not previously undergone heart surgery. The 1 mile Rockport walk test was chosen to be applied in the reduction of the MaxVO2 trains of the trains included in the exercise program. The body composition was measured before and after the exercise program. At the end of the 12-week exercise program, the two groups found significant differences at the levels of 0.01 and 0.05. However, the body composition values of the experimental group fell to a higher level in the positive direction than the control group, and increased in some parameters, this decline and rise gave meaningful results at 0.01 and 0.05 levels. In women with single-cardiovascular obstructions, 12 weeks of scheduled regular walking has more positive effects on women who exercise than on women who have a sedan life.
