Abstract:

The new style, called the New Extremism or Body Cinema, is seen as an avangard French film movement. The films evaluated in this approach result in film experiences that are easily unforgettable, even if they lead to hatred, through emotional and often aggressive questions to the body for the viewers. Claire Denis, one of the leading directors of this stream, shows the importance of the study that no academic study has been done in Turkey except in popular film magazines. In the study, Deleuze and Guattari’s proposed schizoanalysis concept is linked to Claire Denis’s Good Business film, a philosophical criticism is made. Deleuze's schizoanalytic approach, a philosopher of creation and flow, is being sought in the cinema, while a horizontal curve he predicts is created. The function of schizoanalysis is to save molecular desire from the limits of molar representation. The cinematographic forms of the film show the time-image suitability and the conversion of characters, that this function is fulfilled.
