Bu araştırmanın amacı ilkokul öğrencilerinin okula aidiyet algıları, okul atmosferi ve iklimi ile okul yöneticilerinin öğretimsel liderlik becerilerine ilişkin algılarının incelenmesidir. Araştırmada, küme örnekleme kapsamında belirlenen, farklı sosyo ekonomik düzeye sahip yedi ilkokuldan toplam 80 öğretmen ile 265 dördüncü sınıf öğrencisi araştırmaya katılmışlardır. Bu bağlamda öğrencilere ‘okul iklimi ölçeği’, ‘okul atmosferi ölçeği’ ve ‘okula aidiyet ölçeği’ öğretmenlere ise ‘okul müdürlerinin öğretim liderliği davranışları anketi’ uygulanmıştır. Sonuçlar göstermektedir ki, okulların sosyo ekonomik düzeyi hem okul iklimi ve okul atmosferi ile okul müdürlerinin öğretimsel liderlik becerisi, hem de öğrencilerin okula aidiyet düzeyini etkileyen önemli bir değişkendir. Sosyo-ekonomik düzey yükseldikçe çalışma kapsamında ele alınan tüm değişkenlerde anlamlı biçimde olumlu yönde bir artış dikkati çekmektedir.
The purpose of this research was to investigate the primary school students’ school commitment, climate and atmosphere perceptions and the instructional leadership skills of school administrators through teachers’ perceptions. In this descriptive correlational survey study, 80 teachers and 265 fourth graders whom selected using cluster sampling method from different socio-economic levels were participated. The results have showed that the social-economic status of the schools was a significant variable affecting both school climate and atmosphere, administrators’ instructional leadership skills and students’ commitment perceptions for school. It may be inferred from the study that as the socio economic status have increased, a significant positive increase in all variables studied in this research was observed
