Abstract:

The purpose of the research is to determine the levels of law literature of the Social Information teachers candidates studying in Turkey. The research was created with a close-up parallel design, one of the karma methods. The sample of the research is selected by the unproportionate group sample method 2016-2017 Education Teaching Year in Social Information Education Anabolic Department of the 610 3rd class teacher candidates who are studying. The work group that is included in the quality size of the study is determined by random sample methods for the purpose. In this context, a total of 24 Social Information teachers candidates, including a woman and a man, from each of the 12 universities involved in the study, were identified as participants. As a quantum data collection tool in the research, the law literature scale developed by the researcher and the law literature information test was used. As a quality data collection tool, a semi-configured conversation form developed by the researcher was used. The research found that the level of knowledge, attitude and behavior of the law literature candidates was at the middle level; that the level of knowledge of the law literature was significantly different to the benefit of the male teacher candidates; that the level of knowledge, attitude and behavior of the law literature candidates was higher according to the variation in which the legal process was experienced; that many of the teacher candidates did not see themselves sufficient in the teaching of legal subjects in the context of the social information course; that the law literature level was significantly different to the benefit of the male teacher candidates; that the law education was based on the practice and combined with the social life.
