Özet:

Migration emerges as an international problem at the present time. Nearly half of migrants are women. Migrant women live together with the difficulties of being “refugees” and “women”. In addition, due to trauma, inadequacy of accommodation opportunities, economic problems and inadequacy of education, their health is negatively affected. The reproductive health of refugees is influenced by psychosocial, cultural, economic factors and attitudes towards refugees. Major reproductive health problems of refugee women; pregnancy and childbirth complications, violence and abuse, sexually transmitted infections, psychological problems and inadequate access to reproductive health services. Refugee women should be informed by health workers about pre-natal care, family planning services and the use of preventive services that improve women’s health. In this review, it is aimed to answer "What are the reproductive health problems of refugee women and the solutions?". This article is intended to increase the awareness of health professionals about the issue and contribute to making refugee women more effective initiatives for reproductive health
