Abstract:

You need to acquire current skills and skills to succeed in today’s business world. Therefore, acquiring these skills in educational processes in accordance with the changing professional requirements is increasingly increasing in the training of qualified individuals. The methods and techniques applied in the courses in foreign language teaching also directly affect language learning, the used curriculum materials, the basic language skills acquired and the attitudes of teachers towards students. In this article, the Department of German Teaching of the Bursa National University on the course of teaching application at the Anadolu High School and Science High School 4. The experience of class teachers candidates and students in these high schools is compared. The research was conducted in 2017-2018 with 20 (12 girls, 8 men), 20 (14 girls, 6 men), a total of 40 German teachers candidates and 40 (14 girls, 26 men), 40 (18 girls, 22 men), a total of 80 high school students. For this purpose, a survey was implemented in relation to the Teaching Application Course. The data was analyzed with the SPSS 25 program, displayed with percentage (%) and frequency calculations. The average values were calculated to evaluate the quantial data of the survey and t-tests were applied. The results of the study showed that the German language levels, interests in the German lesson and success in the German lesson were statistically more meaningful than the students of the Anatolian High School. At the same time, the use of the usb and smart board-backed "Willkommen Deutsch A1.1-2" curriculum, Communication Method, Speaking Skills and Listening-Sensing Skills has also created a statistically meaningful difference.
