Today, the high performance of in the industry they are not just depends on their own performance. The performance of the other members of the supply chain of the companies also directly affects the success of the companies. Therefore, in order to be successful and maintain their success, must pay the necessary importance to supply chains and manage their supply chains effectively. Suppliers also form an important circle of the supply chain. Suppliers must work in accordance with the purposes of the business they serve. The performance of the suppliers must also be high in order for the business to be able to show high performance. There are many factors that affect the performance of the supplier. Therefore, the assessment of the supplier’s performance is a decision-making problem that requires a number of assessment criteria. In this article, a company operating in the automotive sub-industry in Kocaeli examined the problem of evaluating the performance of suppliers.
