Çevrimiçi öğrenme ortamlarında araştırma topluluğuna ilişkin yüksek düzeydeki olumlu algılar verilen öğretimden beklenen öğrenme çıktılarının elde edilmesine sağlayabilir. Bu çerçevede araştırma topluluklarının niteliklerini öğrenen, öğreten ortam ve içerik bağlamında farklı değişkenler çerçevesinde inceleyen birçok çalışmaya rastlanılmaktadır. Bu kapsamda bu çalışma bir öğrenen özelliği olarak öğrenme çevikliğini araştırma topluluğunun oluşmasına yönelik öğrenen algılarıyla ilişkisinin ortaya konması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda bu çalışmada 75’i kadın 71’i erkek olmak üzere 146 kişi ile yetişkinlere “Öğrenme Çevikliği Ölçeği” ve “Araştırma Topluluğu Ölçeği” uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler betimsel olarak analiz edilmiş iki değişken arasındaki ilişki ise Spearman Korelasyon Testi kullanılarak ortaya konulmuştur. Sonuç olarak yetişkinlerin çevrimiçi ortamda buradalık algıları gelişmiş düzeyde, öğrenme çeviklikleri çok yüksek düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Öğrenme çevikliği ile araştırma topluluğuna ilişkin algıları arasında orta derecede pozitif yönlü anlamlı ilişkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Diğer yandan öğrenme çevikliğinin sosyal çeviklik, sonuç yaratmada çevikliği boyutlarının sosyal buradalık algısı oluşturmada diğer çeviklik türlerine göre daha önde etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bilişsel buradalık algılarında daha çok insan ilişkilerinde çeviklik, değişimde çeviklik, zihinsel çeviklik ve sonuç yaratmada çeviklik öne çıkarken, öğretimsel buradalık algılarında ise öğrenme çevikliğinin zihinsel çeviklik ve öz farkındalık boyutu öne çıkmaktadır. Çalışmanın çevrimiçi öğrenme sürecinde yetişkin öğrenenlere yönelik öğrenme ortamları geliştirme araştırmaları için öğrenenlerin karakteristik özelliklerini dikkate alma bağlamında katkı sağlayabileceği ümit edilmektedir.
High-level positive perceptions of the research community in online learning environments can ensure the achievement of expected learning outcomes from the teaching given. In this framework, many studies are found to learn the qualities of research communities, to study in the context of different variables in the teaching environment and content. In this context, this study aims to reveal the relationship of learning flexibility with learning perceptions towards the formation of the research community as a learning feature. In this study, 75 women, 71 men, and 146 adults were applied to the "Learning Attraction Scale" and "Research Community Scale". The relationship between the two variables which were visually analyzed was identified using the Spearman Correlation Test. As a result, adult perceptions of the online environment are established at an advanced level, learning elasticity is very high. It has been established that there is a meaningful relationship between learning flexibility and perceptions about the research community with a medium positive direction. On the other hand, learning elasticity has been determined as the social elasticity, the dimensions of elasticity in the creation of results have a leading effect in the creation of the perception of social buracity compared to other types of elasticity. In the perceptions of cognitive burdock, more in human relationships the flexibility, the flexibility in change, the mental flexibility and the flexibility in the creation of results, while in the perceptions of educational burdock the dimensions of mental flexibility and self-consciousness of learning are highlighted. It is hoped that the study can contribute to the development of learning environments for adult learners in the context of taking into account the characteristic characteristics of learners.
