Abstract:

The aim of the study is to determine the effects of the technical quality and functional quality of the doctor they perceive on the patient’s hospital commitment and the doctor’s commitment, in these effects it is to figure out whether the role of the patient’s satisfaction is the instrument. The data collection form is made up of 6 sections. In the analysis of the obtained data, reliability analysis, identifying statistical methods and structural equality modeling were used. According to the results of the analysis, the technical quality detected by the doctor has the instrumental role of hospital satisfaction in the influence of the patient’s dependence on the hospital (β=0,225) and the patient’s dependence on the doctor (β=0,101). According to another findings of the study, the technical quality detected by the physician has the instrumental role of hospital satisfaction in the influence of the patient’s commitment to the hospital (β=0,201) and the patient’s commitment to the doctor (β=0,091). The findings from the research show that the quality of service and patient satisfaction perceived in patient loyalty are significant variables. Based on these results, health managers are advised that doctors working in the institution take steps to put their technical and functional qualities in the forefront and make patient satisfaction an important policy.
